Peanut's Parade
Peanut took her first steps after church yesterday. She headed right to a group of ladies. Maybe it was just the direction she was heading. Maybe it was to show off and be the center of attention.

Skateboarding
BigE got a taste of the skateboard from the cousins when they dropped over to the house. Here is a pic of BigE on a skateboard
Here's a quick (14s) video of him gliding down the driveway. Balance was ok. That bump at the end of the drive did cause some grief on a few runs.

Goodbye Nanny
Nanny Barb has departed tBF land today. She'll probably need a rest after the past week. It was good to have her here for Peanut's birthday. Here's a shot of the duo walking in the driveway.

Peanut's First Birthday
Last week it was Peanut's First Birthday. We had a little party for her. She was missing her only friend around her age. But I think the cake made up for it in the end. Here's the birthday girl with her party dress on
We opened the gifts. She had lots of help
Then it was on to the pizza which she promptly ate. No problem getting Peanut to eat. She might have had as much as her brother. Then came the Birthday cake
and boy was it good!

By 6:30 most of the kids were having a melt down and bid everyone goodnight.
