Was playing with BigE in the backyard when running through the swings she took one to the head. Peanut ended up with quite a bruise on her cheek with a tiny cut. She let out a good howl for a while. It took a fudgesicle to ease the pain.
Now she's got a nasty bruise under her eye. Fortunately the cut never opened up and the bruise didn't develop into a full black eye. Poor little thing.

Almost Done
This past Thursday was my last class. Friday was my last exam. Three "scraps" of paper left to hand in. One "scrap" was handed in tonight. Second one is a short work in progress. That only leaves a medium sized group project for a month from now. Almost done the MBA. So close!

I've Got Class
....es. Anybody who knows me knows it classes silly. I'm doing a run of intensives that pretty much has me out of the house for two weeks. But as of Friday I'm done class. Not done the classes but done the program. Let me repeat that DONE!*
So posting has sucked, will suck and in the near future continue to suck.
* Those east coasters might say "like dinner". But do they mean lunch or super?!?!

I Changed My Tires
Small Achievement I know. The big achievement? I did that without breaking anything. Most people take that for granted but around here it's been a while since that has happened. I just thought you'd like to know.
Alternate post title "I didn't break my nuts" but that was rejected since, technically, it was the bolt that was breaking off. Plus this is a family blog.

Got Pallets?
Some of you may know that finding ways to get rid of pallets was a past time at tBF.ca. So from http://www.instructables.com/ comes this:

Small is a week old!
It's been a week for small. We don't have a catchy nick name for the new guy. He kinda looks like Mr Magoo when he closes his eyes. But that's not really ideal for a little kid. We really have to come up with something soon.
So around the house I've been calling them small, medium and large. "I'm taking small and medium for a walk" or "Large and I are going to the bookmobile".

Easter Egg Hunt at the Sugar Bush
No pictures of enormous piles of pancakes. This year the shots are free pre-new guy and they have BigE and Peanut out for the Easter Egg hunt. The eggs where hidden by some large bunnies. Funny thing was I never knew bunnies had vision care either.
Here are the kids showing off their buckets. This year the snow was gone early so despite it being two weeks before Easter the ground was bare.
BigE as usual was watching out for his little sister
I think the was around the moment when Peanut figured out that she can find and take these eggs. This properly setup the real Easter morning chocolate hunt. At that point she had the basics of the search down. But boy does an egg full of chocolate improve the motivation on a toddler!
